I was born in Naples, the most beautiful city in the world, for me of course!
My family is huge with many cousins, aunts, and uncles. We love to make love in Naples, ha! As a child, we were always cooking in my house, and we would create authentic Neapolitan meals from handmade fettuccine to ragù and braciole, i grew up with my mum and grandma telling me : “MANGIA, MANGIA!''
Now my life is in Roma, I have been hosting people comes from all over the world in my home for the past 6 years, sharing my culture,
authentic Italian food, fun and love... LA DOLCE VITA.
Now, I hope to bring this same feeling to everyone, let's enjoy the Italian culture together!
The beauty of this incredible human connection story makes me say: my home is your home, here you enter as guests and leave as friends!
I participated in a very famous TV show food competition "4 RISTORANTI" by star chef Alessandro Borghese on Sky 1 where I won
for "THE BEST HOME RESTAURANT IN ROME".

Learn with Chef Michela, how to make Italian meals using traditional recipes passed down from her family with all her grandmother's tricks.
Before starting the class, I will serve a welcome appetizer with wine.
You will prepare:
-Handmade pasta with a traditional sauce
-Fish or meat main course
-espresso tiramisù
-Selection of local wine is included.
