This culinary experience is a cultural and sensory “travel” to discover the
rich regional cuisine from Italy.
I’m committed to providing an authentic Italian slow meal in a fun and
entertaining way.
During this multi-hour affair, you will taste different flavors, understand
what’s on your plate, and appreciate the true taste of the meal. My menus
are expressions of my love for my roots, my culinary family traditions and
Italian lifestyle. I also love supporting local micro-farms and cooking with
traditional Italian fresh ingredients.
The experience is chef’s table style with a full interaction with me and my
team.
